You will possess:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in delivering structural mechanical and piping (SMPE) construction projects, preferably in mineral processing or petroleum.
• Experience in safely managing and delivering medium to large size projects.
• Experience in project readiness planning in preparation for mobilisation.
• Experience in daily forward planning (last planner/ work management) during project execution.
• Demonstrable background in the delivery of projects preferably in SMPE projects.
• Sound contract, commercial and claim experience.
• Experience in tendering and estimating, an advantage.
• Proficient in planning, organising, and working to timelines and scheduling.
• Clear understanding of appropriate Australian Standards, OH&S regulations, codes, and standards.
• Ability to respond to a rapidly changing work environment and embrace processes.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, leading and guiding others to achieve goals.
• Ability and drive to train and mentor team members.
• The capability to travel to and/ or work on project sites.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written).
• Engineering and/or project management qualifications or certification preferable.
• Commerce or contract law qualifications highly favourable.
